We've been doing The Shred as part of the Body After Baby Challenge.
I've not been feeling the whole working out thing. While I was at Walmart, I found Shred It with Weights.
Cool right, cause I have two kettlebells and all.
Day 1: Level 1, 15 lb Kettlebell. Ouch. 15 Minutes.
Day 2: Rest. Birthday Party.
Day 3: Played Just Dance for about an hour.
Day 4: Did some Kettlebell swings and some squats. Nothing Formal.
Day 5: Level 1, 10 lb Kettlebell. 20-ish minutes.

I need to get my butt in gear here.
I have decided that I am not worried about losing any more weight or body fat. Pretty sure that is all good for now. This morning, I weighed in at 143.4 and my body fat was 21%. I need to move on to being able to maintain this weight and build muscle -- and let my body catch up to me.
I was shooting for an "athletic body" and think I am crossing the boundaries into the "anorexic" body type. I don't think I should be any skinnier, without adding more muscle.
I was an every morning "weigher"
I am trying to skip days now.
I am trying to skip days now.
I will still count my calories though, to make sure I am eating enough.
Now to figure out how to put on muscle, with out bodyfat or getting fat in the process.

I like your goal of not wanting to lose more weight but focusing on muscle gain. Best of luck only weighing yourself every other day or so, that is a problem area for me as well. Keep up the workouts, every little bit helps.
