This one is starting May1st 2010 over at This Mommy Works.
I need to something to motivate me. I've lost 80 pounds since the beginning of last year and have been gaining and losing the same 5 pounds for the last month or so.

What are my goals?
I want to focus on fitness.
The challenge is eight weeks. Since I took a week off Couch to 5K, I would like to be finished with the program by then. I also have made myself the following goals
- Run two miles in 21:00
- 10 push ups in a min
- 36 crunches in a min
While those aren't actually "pound" goals, I am sure that I will lose a few along the way. I still have 40 pounds until I reach where I "wish" I weighed. Trying not to end up "skinny-fat".
Oh, and I want to be able to do a pull up.

ReplyDeleteWay to go! I'm doing the C25K too! I'm on Day 1 of Week 5, and when I started Week 2 I had no idea how I could ever do this. Speaking from experience, it does get a lot easier! You're doing great though, keep it up x
