It's Week 5 of Mama Notes' Body After Baby Challenge.
This has been a fun week. (NOT!)
Last Wednesday I started a job at GNC. It's great on many levels.
The down fall is that I'm so freaking exhausted. I've not had time for EA Sports Active. I barely fit my crunches in. The postive side of it though: I am being more active! I am standing and walking the whole time.
I'm not eating as many calories, or carbs, since I try to squeeze as much protein as I can into the calories that I do eat.
Another reason this week stinks: my period. It finally reared it's angry head. All I want to eat is chocolate and ice cream. I broke down and bought a pack of the "Skinny Cow" Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Sandwiches last Friday. I am proud that I haven't eat them all yet.
Sunday was a bad diet wise. We had left over Halloween cookies which were 160 calories a pop as well as BBQ chips. Ugh. I didn't keep up with calories that day, but I know I did have my protein in the morning.
I was too busy to weigh myself this this morning, but I was 2 lbs lighter than usual yesterday morning. I'm going to skip the weigh in this for this week. Maybe there will be good results next week. I already hit my goal of losing 15 lbs, so I am happy with that.

Good job!! dieting while on your period is pure torture! It was probably good for you to indulge a bit. You are still doing awesome!!
